John Morgan, Owner

John has a BS in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado and is certified in both Personal Training and Group Exercise. A student of an ever evolving profession, John has developed a method of training designed to not only enhance athletic and physical capability, but progressively change lifestyle habits to ensure success. 

With over thirteen years of experience, John knows the importance of program development custom to each individual rather than imposing a uniform agenda. He firmly believes that educating others in wellness is equally important as exercise itself. 

John began his fitness career in non-profit health club management serving as both Membership Coordinator and Health and Wellness Coordinator at the Downtown Denver YMCA.  In high demand for his unique training method, John was also a independent contractor working throughout the Denver Metro Area at various personal training studios and fitness centers.  He has donated much time to philanthropic endeavors such as the 9NEWS Health Fair, Health Kids Day and Volunteer Football Coach at the Boys and Girls Club.

John is a lifelong athlete and has competed in everything from Downhill Skiing to Bodybuilding in the CO NPC where he was a Nationally Qualified Competitor. His experiences in athletics compliment his capability to develop safe efficient programs and his passion is helping others achieve their goals!

Lizz Freni, Master Trainer

With over 15 years of experience Lizz is a true master of her profession.  She studied Health and Nutrition at the University of Colorado Boulder and has a business degree from NYU.  Personal training methods are ever evolving, Lizz has been sure to stay current on every specialized practice available to provide you with the most dynamic approach to functional training and metabolic conditioning.  

Lizz is a member of numerous national training organizations such as IDEA, ACE, ISSA and the SWC.  She attends annual workshops for aging populations, myofacial release, Project Steel and has studied Penn Foster Fitness and Nutrition.  She is also certified in TRX Suspension Training, Tabata Boot Camp, Tsunami and Kettle Bell instruction, Schwinn Cylce and Bodhi Suspension Systems.

Caitlin Dunham, MS, RD

Catie is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from SUNY Oneonta, where she received the most outstanding student award. She offers one-on- one personalized counseling, and is focused on meeting your goals. Catie can help you with a wide range of nutritional needs to enhance athletic performance, improve physical and mental health, as well as make positive lifelong changes. Catie’s passion for an active lifestyle, along with her education as a dietitian, and experience as an athlete, make her uniquely suited to help others find the same joy that sports bring her. Helping others to find wellness through balanced nutrition, physical fitness, and a healthy lifestyle is central to Catie’s work.
